Initial trials

If Word 2007 stops abruptly, search for your doc in the Recycle Bin. If you do not find it there, restart Word 2007 and look for your document in the Recovery pane. However, it is likely that you close the pane it accidentally, or the pane does not appear at all after restarting MS-Word. In any such occurrence, you can perform below steps to search for Auto Saved Files with the extension (.ASD), manually.
